• Furniture & styling only: approx. 2–4 months (concept, orders, deliveries)

• Refurbishment with custom carpentry: approx. 6–12+ months, including design, permits if needed, trades, furniture production and installation

  During our first conversations we give you a realistic time frame and build a schedule backwards from your target date (for example, a new baby, a job start in Vienna, or key handover).
